You both felt the same that Lynn is an expert on the 71st street house and could not be of much help in showing Marites the ropes. also does not want to intrude where she feels Lyn has a far better understanding of how things work. However, Mr Epstein still wants to come up. He feels Lyn does a fantastic job at 71st but just feels with training Marites at 7I st and at the apartments it is best to have as many people to help and make her feel welcome as possible. He is aware that it is alot of work and doesnt want to dump it all on Lyn. I feel we need to follow his instruction and work as a team.
