I appreciate your time during this enlightening visit; I believe I now have a much better idea of your needs and expectations. As I mentioned, the first step is to document and digitalize the existing conditions of the topography, remaining vegetation and structures on both islands in order to determine the portions to be reutilized and have the basis to develop a conceptual master plan. With this in mind, we have contacted the most qualified surveyor in the area, Ryan Wisehart from Brian Moseley and Associates, Inc., whom informed us that they have already performed survey services for both islands in the past. This is excellent news as this will minimize the cost and time to update everything to reflect today's reality. We are expecting their proposal before the end of this week and will present it to you as soon as we receive it. In parallel, we are ready to send a couple members of our team to perform professional drone photography all-around and to document all the interior partitions, furniture and art pieces within all buildings. We will send you a proposal for all these preliminary services at the beginning of next week, along with a gross timeline of the design and construction stages that we foresee so we can have a game plan in place for your review and approval. It is our intention to commence work immediately so we can be working on the conceptual master plan early January.
