Good morning Daniel. I have received the numerous phone calls and messages and
did pass along to Jeffrey Re the email/fax Dr Krueger sent over a couple of weeks
ago. Jeffrey does not know this person who is claiming to know him. I'm so very
sorry but I really can do nothing more on this. I just called the office and
left this same message.
