Ken Starr will be sending Jeffrey a book soon-we need to be on the lookout for
it...I asked how he would send (UPS? Fed Ex? Regular mail?) I asked when he will
send it and if the return address would be from him personally...but he did not
answer! So, it means you just need to be on the lookout-let me know when it
arrives as we will then need to fed ex to Jeffrey most likely. Thanks!
