Attached please find all the subscription and legal related materials for becoming an LP, and below is a list of all the attachments to help keep track of them. 1) The "PPM" 2) "Form ADV- Part 2A" is the firm's brochure 3) The "Agreement of Limited Partnership" (ALP) 4) "Subscription Documents." Complete this one to become a limited partner. 5) The "New Investor Side Letter" allows new investors to become eligible for management fees discounts to the 2% in the PPM and includes a lock-up election form. Let me know if you have questions about lock-up discounts and how to complete the form. 6) "Additional Required Documents" 7) "ChoicePoint Identity Verification Form" 8) "Wire Instructions" We can start a new investment on the 1" of any month.
