Hello
Jeffrey requested I make you an appt with Dr. Fine to finish your
implant, take X-rays and clean your teeth. You have an appt for 10am on Thursday
Feb. 14th. Jeffrey says Dr. Fine started the implant for you and now you need
to finish it, but Dr. Fine's office cannot find your records. Can you please
give them a call and let them know how you might be in their records? under a
different name maybe? OK?
