The DMV does not expect it to be received before 2/7/2019. They are kindly requesting that you come in to the DMV and they will issue another temporary license. Craig believes the Real ID will be here next week, but he cannot guarantee the exact date. He said it will not take long to reissue the temporary license, like the last time. I told him if you decide to come in, and not just wait for the permanent license, I will call ahead to Craig to make sure that you can get in and out very quickly. He would not allow me to just walk in your current temporary license on your behalf; they have to see you, if you decide to get another temporary extension.
