Hello...I just spoke with Danny Hernandez in your Miami office who has forwarded
me your Russian Visa directions and paperwork. I have a specific question
however...the person who wants this Russian Visa is a Registered Sex Offender. Is
there anything he must do differently or in conjunction with this paperwork to
receive a Russian Visa?
