AP Bands Strap Return Policy If something is wrong with an order you have received from apbands.com, please notify the obvious defects immediately (within 5 days) by e-mail. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items that are accepted for return will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be returned. Sample, Overstocked and Clearance straps are sold as is. There are no returns on these items. Any strap that has been worn, tried on, or misused will not be accepted and will be returned to the you. Your invoice will be accepted as the certificate of warranty. AP Bands Custom Strap Policy Currently manufacturing time is approximately 3-5 weeks. In some cases it may be as fast as 2 weeks. Payment is required in advance and once your order is placed you cannot cancel or revise your order. Refunds are only available due to manufacturing defects.
