Good morning =,
I would l=ke to request time off on the following days: January 23 to 25 28 to 30, 2=13.
I worked straight since December 20, 2012 (151) except=Dec. 31 and New Year and then to PB until today, January 22,
2013. T=e requested days are for the three week ends that I worked this month.
