Nick Warren is Chairman of the Chancery Bar - very nice - good reputation, very dry - no charisma - typically deals with dry as dust trust cases. End of the day if you are recommending anyone you always need to know about the case as QCs are very much horses for courses. But bottom line Moverly Smith is young and relatively inexperienced. Warren - nice but dry as dust. Neither are great on charisma and neither are top drawer and absolutely would not recommend either if any live witnesses are being called - it's not their bag. What is your friend looking for? Bruiser? Charisma?
