I actually had John show me the toothbrush to see why they couldn't seem to get the heads in right. John blamed it on the cleaning ladies and I told him to personally change the heads to avoid future problems. It never occurred to me that they were buying the wrong heads...say, did it ever occur to you that all these people are touching your toothbrush heads after they clean the toilets...sorry, I'm still laughing and felt compelled to point that out...
