If I have any ideas whatsoever they are for you guys to decide what to do with. I will do anything that you ask of me to the best of my ability. I can work with anyone and put them at their ease + make them think that every idea is there own. I have no proprietary interest. I do not have time to do anything with the hotel really other than give you guys some new thoughts and put you in touch w/people whom you might consider using. Be sure that if you do or don't use the people I introduce you to makes not one jot of difference to me. Of course it would make me feel good if I came up with an idea that you liked but that is as far as it goes. I am going to go ahead and put together another presentation for you. I will meet Nichols sooner rather than later if you like, and cannot conceive of how he would take umbridge. Anyway, at any stage of this if you think that it is not best to proceed let me know.
