The changes are based upon the site visit held yesterday with Mr.=Epstein. He requested a storage addition to be placed at the northern end =f the building. We have placed that addition at the center of the northern=facade as the most strategic location for the addition. If we place i= further to the west, it will interfere with the access driveway leading t= the main residence. If EFTA_R1_01330766 EFTA02351988 we place it further to the east, it will be too cl=se to the edge of the abutment, in an area where the soil appears to be un=table.
