The Bank of America line was increased to $565,000,0=0 from $495,000,000 on May 1, 2015. Narrows Holdings LLC used: (i) $=3 million from the line to make the first installment payment on the Picas=o on 5/12/15, (ii) $34.5 million from the line to make the second payment on 6/30/15, and (iii) the remaining $1=.5 million (plus additional funds not from the bank line) to make the thir= payment of $23.5 million on 9/30/15.
