The vehicle does have a IGY =arking permit. I have spoken to IGY Security voicing my concerns= When approached on Saturday about the disappearance of the ranger they=had know idea what had happened, yet it was security who called the towing=company so i filed a police report Victor Potter wh= is the new head of Security is looking into this matter and will get back=to me today.
