From: Richard Kahn Sent: Saturday, February 18, 2017 1:22 AM To: Jeffrey Epstein we received pathology this afternoon and unfortunately the =ancer spread to 3 of the 4 lymph nodes removed the tumor that was removed was 0.8cm and the largest =etastatic in nodes measured 0.1cm which appears good however the =etastasis was level VI which we were told was middle range for =ggressiveness we will be meeting with the team for treatment on thursday =ut it appears that radioactive iodine is what our next step =5.. we were told lira needs to wait 6 weeks before =e begin treatment for her neck muscles to heal sadly=another hurdle but hoping it will be the last one..
