As I mentioned to Rich earlier today, we asked Amy this morning for a 110% enhanced hammer and a $19.5 million guarantee (she was previously at 108% on the enhanced hammer and $18.75 million on the guarantee), so that you could choose between the two. She told me that she would get back to me today. Leon also just called asking for an update, so I told him the same thing.
