I think I might have to let TJ go.
He's been calling out a lot sometime no call/no show especially on Fridays &=Mondays. From Jan to April he have 7 no
call / no shows and zero vacation=time
Yesterday -No call / No show
Notes: I called him twice yesterday but no answer.
Today -No call / No show
Notes: I called and sent him a text message but still no response
