Deliverables: 1. &nbs=; To improve access and secure personal health data (affordabil=ty/access) -->Blueprint and/or recom=endations for a zero knowledge proof-based digital system to secure private personal=health information while allowing access to digitally redacted personal in=ormation 2. &nbs=; Whitepaper on consumer health expenditures in the USA 3. &nbs=; Whitepaper and/or recommendations on neurotechnologies relate= to chronic/degenerative disease 4. &nbs=; Whitepaper on Neurotechnologies as weapons in national intell=gence and defense 5. &nbs=; Follow-up recommendations and/or technical specifications for Strain pandemic simulation Happy to do whatever else is helpful t>=8040 or adapt along the way.
