One of my colleagues sent me the article on your new development in Loudoun County. It is amazing to me how much that area is growing - it is so nice to see our local economy continue to thrive. If we can be of any help to you with the project, please let us know. As you know, we have done quite of bit of master planning and design for mixed-use developments throughout the country. And as I am sure you understand, we can always use some help paying the rent. I'd love to catch up over lunch or coffee some time when you are downtown.
