We can take the position that, beca=se the governor asked you (in writing) to donate to this entity, we a=e therefore considering it to be a public school initiative even though it=has not been officially sanctioned as such by the VIDOE or the EDC (Note: =11 the programs and initiatives get specific individual letters designatin= them as such by the DOE and the EDC). If we take the approach that they are so designated, we will =eed to donate an additional $3,250 to a public school program or initiativ= for 2016. If we decide NOT to consider the Black Aero space Profess=onals as a public School program or initiative, we will need to contr=bute an additional $33,250 for 2016. =br> Please let me know how you want to proceed re the trea=ment of the Black Aerospace Professionals.
