As I suggested first thing should be an interactive chart of co. s docs directors holdings etc. paper first if need be, but ACCURACY for tax is a must an example of what appears endemic. ,marchl4 instructions to liquidate bidco ,aug Im told that bidco was liquidated, dec im told did not happen. jan . be done shortly - as auditors request more info, repeatedly told. no bank accounts or transactions.. feb then find bank accounts. then wires . then loans or advances. still unknown , now only last week =march appears to own preferred stock, misleading letter to auditors.? still no documents. copies of govt filings? Phaidon needs to be done . Its been weeks and as of today, no full info.
