B727 Darren spoke to Ashely at 7pm this evening, according to Ashely, =e was working a Boat charter deal and did not have time to hash out the co=tract regarding the Boeing. Ashley told Darren he would send him an e=ail later tonight regarding changes to the contract, at this time, Darren =s received no emails. here is Gary message: Larry, As = mentioned in my email this morning, Larry Wright called me at 10:00 pm la=t night after spending a great deal of time walking Ashley through the Pur=hase and Sale Agreement one section at a time. Ash=ey told Larry he would send Darren the comments today but he could not do = redline because the format he has was a PDF. Aro=nd 3:00 today I advised Larry we had nothing, and he said "Let me chase hi= right now" and that was the last I spoke with him. I called again right n=w and it went to voice mail. Aft=r everything we have been through, I cannot help but be skeptical, but we =ave to keep pushing on. I did not feel that any of the comments concerning=the Purchase Agreement were unreasonable, and I do not believe they would =e wasting their own time if they did not have an intention to finish the d=al. I more inclined to agree with Darren's theory that their may be one ad=itional link that has not been disclosed to us, and that link is the lynch=in to the deal.
