All of the paintwork and the bathroom looks good. If K were to move in and you wanted it perfect I think you would just
have to update the appliances in the kitchen which are old, - fridge, stove and oven and possibly microwave. I have
included an image of the cupboards and the counter tops in the kitchen so you can also see the material and condition
of them. The counter tops are melamine. The furniture is.
