She is working on a proposal for JE for this stud=o. She is aware that he is anxious to get it going and finished. Regarding Anthony's work. They did a good job. I finally feel like I am comf=rtable with guests of Jeffrey's being in the apartments. It is new, clean a=d well done. All the old paint was really scraped off so the finish on the w=lls and the doorframes is good. All light switches , plug points and door i=tercom is new. The window sill has been finished with ceaserstone which loo=s so much better and better to keep clean. We have ordered hardware for bathroom- towel rail, soap dishes, shampoo hold=rs etc. I am going to take inventory of the cutlery and check it's condition so that=we only have what is necessary and in a good condition. 1 EFTA_R1_01444605 EFTA02404732
