I was able to contact another member of the department yesterday but he was not comfortable talking about the project without getting permission directly from the IT Director. The IT director began a 3 week holiday in Bora Bora Sunday and is mostly out of reach. The individual I spoke with, has provided an email for the Director and I will continue to try for a response over the next few weeks. If I am unable to get an answer via email, I will phone them again in three weeks time. Sorry for the delay.
