dear Jeffrey
have tried to reach you by phone but life is a bit hectic on the road; lectured
at the Brazilian Asssn for the Advancement of Science two days ago and fly
tomorrow to Sao Palo to lecture at their university
i hope to arrive safely in Miami Thursday evening and plan to take a cab to Ft
Lauderdale but i would be free to see you anytime on Friday or Saturday (I will
probably fly late Sunday evening to Jamaica)
please do tell me where you will be and if a visit makes any sense; if not i will
try to catch you at home 3 or 4 weeks later on my way up to Jersey
