Dear Jeffry ,
Further to our conversation , I checked with my finance department and they advise me that an
immediate cash injection of 125 million US $ as a bridge loan will enable us to prevent a
standstill of the projects .This can be setoff against the purchase consideration once the deals
are finalized and in the interim can be treated as a bridge loan
I look forward to your assistance and would appreciate a quick response
