To: Warwick Wicksman Kerney Cc: Jeffrey Epsteinueevacation©gmail.com]; Doug Schoettle From: Tom Sze Sent: Tue 11/30/2010 1:51:58 AM Subject: RE: LSJ Plan G1 Plan Study G-1 11-28-10.PDF Gary Jeffrey, It was nice talking with you today and here is a quick summary; 1) The 30'x50' living room is in the right location generally above the pool room ( Sketch G-1 ). 2) The living room deck at +59' will be extended north to alleviate the tall wall to the north. 3) We will place a "Barn Door" opening at the center of the north wall at the pool level as well as a window opening to the east. 4) There will be three windows at the east wall facing the water at the pool level. 5) There will be a landscaped area directly to the north of the pool room that we can walk out on. 6) The entry to the shower/bath area is to the south directly on axis with the Barn Door. 7) We will develop further options with the two stairs leading down to the pool from the upper levels. 8) A covered terrace will replace the bathroom to the north of the office. 9) The smaller 14'x24' pool shown has been taken out. 10) We will develop some ideas for the terraced garden to the north of the screening room. Tom and Jeffrey spoke today, and we have some direction on how to develop the pool area. We can work out the stair from the main residence, past the kitchen, to the master bedroom and service road this week. It does not look like we will be ready to meet next week in Santa Fe. We will send out some new sketches for the pool and living room in a couple of days. If we are on track with that, we will set the next meeting after we have a chance to refine the design to the next level, probably in a couple of weeks.
