Below is a short note I wrote to our Governor regarding The Ilassel Island National Park, and the mission of the St Thomas
historical trust, to make Hassel and its many attractions accessable to residents and visitors to enjoy.
To that end, I am engaging in field raising to help the trust accomplish its goals. and wanted to reach out to Mr Epstein. It
would be wonderful if we could interest him in being a supporter of Hassel Island. I know you and he are friends, and I
wondered if you could maybe put a feeler out to him. I would be happy to meet him with a fellow board member to make a
short visual presentation on the rich maritime history of the island.
Your thoughts and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
