The CAD drawings they were looking for ... ( the three existing bed room Pavilions to be decorated) do not exist, but field measurements of room size, door locations and cornice heights will be transmitted to Zeff early next week. They have enough information to proceed with the kitchen design , the decoration of three bedrooms and the new pool layout with cabanas and new living room. The CAD format SURVEY allows Zeff to use it as a background site plan and alter it as desired. An updated survey is in the works to document the new cart paths at the master bedroom and Library and also the laundry room and kitchen additions, but Zeff does not need this info this week to move forward with their designs.
