If I read all of the e-mails correctly you will do the deal at $24.4 million for the C++ and D Model. The numbers break out: the C++ is $12 million; the D is $12.4 million. The D will be configured as outlined in Larry's e-mail of Monday, March 24, to Marc Poland. Additionally, you will sell 750 if my buyer comes to the table for $12.3 million to you. I will disclose any commissions being paid beyond the $100,000 you agreed to pay me and if I sell it directly, there will be no other commissions. But right now there may be another broker in the deal. Lastly, because we have no signed contracts, and I think everyone needs to take a breath here, you need to wire the deposit of $10 million to Sikorsky. It is fully refundable by April 30, 2010 if we cannot finalize the spec and produce firm contracts. I've gone out on a limb here but if you give me your word we are going forward based on the above, I will get Marc to produce a document supporting everything I have given you.
