Between that and the discounting we've offered (which goes away on 4/1!), it would be very wasteful to let all of that slip away. Without closing the current two-ship deal, the price of the C goes up to a point where a trade-up likely is no longer attractive, and the $500k put on the table this morning plus the $100k two-ship discount both go away from the 0. Today I can't seem to get Mike on the phone. Marc, I thought it best we have one voice to JE and since the numbers must come from you let me suggest this. I may have another buyer for 750, it will take me 2 weeks to put it together assuming I can ) JE will need to agree to 12.4m net to him as it is going overseas an there are other brokers in this deal ( but one's that can do a deal ) Perhaps the refundable deposit on the C++ gives us all what we want.
