Subject: a request
Jeffrey:
I thought about our discussion, and about the options, and if you feel comfortable, I would like to
request a loan, which I will pay back at some point in my life, of a total of $120,000 (I am
assuming some new tax liability that I had not expected before). The $25K loan that you have
provided this far would be deducted from the total. I think a loan is the only appropriate
mechanism, and in fact is better from many points of view.. as the option to pay it back when I am
able is actually something I would feel good about. Please let me know your thoughts, and I
appreciate the fact that you even considered this, whatever your ultimate decision.
