To: m com[jeevacation@gmail.com] From: Sent: Subject: A precarious situation Jeffrey, Fri 2/26/2010 5:48:14 PM I hope you're doing well. I have a rather difficult situation on my hands and I actually hate to ask this of you but I have exhausted all my other options and don't really know what to do. The lease on our apartment on w 4th Street, which is based on a contract with the former tenant (whom we know well), expires soon. In order for us to be eligible to keep the apartment and sign a new contract, we need to present an American guarantor. The lease is for a year (S2,400/month) but we can move out at any time, as long as the landlord is able to find a new tenant. I fully understand if you are unable or unwilling to commit to this, but like I said, I have run out of options and feel I must ask. See you on Wednesday! EFTA_R1_01498806 EFTA02429200
