Dear Jeffrey,
A long shot....I have just heard from a Swiss friend that 2 adjacent plots of land have become available in St
Moritz on the Suvretta Hdl ( arguably the most desirable area on the Alps). I am not sure whether this might be
of interest to you or not. They are looking for offers in excess of 50M CHF. There is planning to build a 12,000
sq ft chalet (small by your standards) but nevertheless could be quite comfortable.
It will go in a matter of days, but I thought I would pass it by you just in case.
How are you? Any chance of seeing you London?
