He has 2 estates that have their own maintenance crew not affiliated with Randy that do the routine daily maintenance and Randy is hired to oversee these crews and to give guidance and direction with the aesthetic look and the maintenance and health of the plants and he does the install of new plants and maintenance for a month after the install and than the regular maintenance is passed on to the grounds crew. He mentioned to me that he would be willing to recommend other companies to take over if you would like and he wouldn't have any problems passing this to someone else, he would rather do that so that he can keep a good relationship with you.
