It's a full day from Seattle, so I may need to leave ahead. I'm sure I can amuse myself (or I can spend an hour or two with the people who are helping you get your body back !). I'll need to head to San Francisco on Monday. There's a slight chance that I'll need to be in SF before 2/22. I'll try to make this work, though. Appropriate to assume can work the travel and logistics with us? Is it a good idea for me to send her a food list? I had a couple of super nasty reactions in Dec. (to carrots and celery root, which strikes me as completely bizarre, but there it is...) and with advance planning this is easy to work around. Meanwhile, the new thyroid prescription has been fantastic.... and I'm finally losing a little weight with very little effort. Again -- must ask -- no cookies?? Gave a couple book titles -- John's work. I'm curious to hang with the two of you. He's brilliant, passionate, and knowledgeable across several disciplines.
