I have been working for Mr. Epstein now for 5 years and I'm not sure how long you have been taking care of his property but I think it been longer than 5 years. And I would have thought that he would have been a very valued customer with his status and the amount of business has given you over the years. Now I don't know what has transpired in the last couple of years but it seems in our view anyway that there has been a lack of supervision and communication with your staff in regards to the maintenance of Mr. Epstein's residence and we are looking for a complete turnaround in regards to this matter and getting his property to his liking ASAP.
