I would anticipate rotary man power avg 2 weeks or so. Included in this would be my making trips to Florida to meet with you and to monitor conditions. The only expense to you would be air fare, hotel, etc.- no extra charge for my time. Please notify me as soon as possible if this is acceptable so we can formulate a formal agreement.
