I found a Gyrotonics place not too far from the house and just did a 1 1/2 hour workout...yeah... Needed to unclench many muscles so I can do my thang real good! I have a request...the training is rather expensive (for me), today, at a special one time discount it cost $30 for 1 1/2 hours. I actually usually like to do more time as well. So, would be in range from $37.50 - $65 each time. Would you be up to funding the training?
