By now I have a sense of what's important or urgent and if it is, I simply tell the girls I need to talk to you right then and expect them to connect me. But I do that very rarely. Normally I just ask if you are available and if they connect me I have no way of knowing what you are doing and assume you have a moment to talk to me. Just return my calls when you have a minute.
