We bought the apartment at Memorial Drive in 2014=for $1.1, with a downpayment of $516,000 with a loan from the Marital Trus=. The other half was through a mortgage with Boston Private Bank. =AO We sold the apartment in December 2017, for $1,715,000. We receiv=d 1,139,368.29, after mortgage payment and fees to the agent and lawyer.=C2 The mortgage with Boston Private Bank was paid off. The proceeds wer= received in December 19, 2017. We bought the hou=e in Tucson in July 2017, for $500,000 with a downpayment of $100,000 and = mortgage of $400,000 that we have been paying monthly.
