She is very nice and really naive. She is definitely not our out=ide rep and not ready for a store sales associate role at this point. = She wants to design, not really sell, but assuming we can get her over th=t hurdle we will need a fair amount of training to get her ready. I can see her as a showroom assistant where she is learning the busine=s while assisting our sales team, and once up to speed on the product can =ell on her own. At that point she may be able to get out of the show=oom and start making client calls. She, for her part, did not show any inclination to want to do any of t=is. She was thinking this was some type of design role, and while ou= team does some of that, it is only in conjunction with selling product.4=iv> We can definitely hire her, as I noted, but in a different capacity th=n you indicated. On a separate note I met Jane Hains today and she is all set for a lim=ted time, (30 day), discount and was ecstatic that she was introduced to A=ma and the store.
