Darren informed me that he will transfer Zorro title to you to close the loan for Singer Island house sale, no financial gain for me, he also is requesting $200k from Hobe Sound house sale, plus he's drafting a 9 year interest bearing loan that balloons at that time, which would force me to sell the house with no financial gain. It was my false understanding this home was going to be mine in Lew of past and future salary increases and provide a retirement source for me at some far off date.
