He only does "turn key". Whilst l=would normally shy away from Bab Atlas, because not all of the properties h=ve good views of the Atlas, I have to say that this one does. It has a very=impressive layout with the usual 200 foot swimming pool and 60 foot ceiling= and a rather impressive array of Moroccan detailing. Not as good as Ben En=akhil, but then nothing is! A significant advantag= is Bab Atlas is that it probably is one of the most secure enclaves in Mar=akech apart from the King's own Palace. I'm n=t sure they will show it to prospective buyers until it's finished, but you=never know. I could always ask them if this might be of interest to you.
