N1JR (S/N 1066) did not have a flutter issue that I kno= of (also fresh crew operating the plane), but this aircraft was found to =ave too much paint, and it had to be stripped and repainted. I actua=ly watched and verified the measurements when our A/C was painted two year= ago. Do you feel =he vibration in the rudder pedals or controls?
