The house is being shown once a week on average. Moens views have not changed.
Through the MIS it does have wide exposure on the internet but there is some blowback from other brokers about
working with Moens (who certainly seems focused on higher hanging fruit) which is just part of Moens' baggage.
Adding a second broker to the listing seems a good idea. Fite Shavell is a growing brokerage that seem sto be doing well
selling listings thst are a bit quirky and is peopled by aggressive, hungry salespeople - both veterans and relative
newcomers.
They will work on the same commission basis as Moens is and promise to both advertise and have weekly open houses.
