The next day Serena asked me if the woman I was with wa= my date. I told her NO, she is just a friend who is a real es=ate broker and she wanted advice. Serena then asked, =80 if she is a broker why does she need your advice. I told her th=t "it wasn't for real estate advice, it was for relationsh=p advice. I'm deemed an expert".
